1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Djobsinfo website and services (collectively, the "Site" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately. Djobsinfo provides an online platform that connects job seekers with employers and scholarship seekers with funding opportunities. Our services include, but are not limited to, hosting job and scholarship listings, providing career resources, and facilitating communication between users. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or educational institution. We serve solely as a conduit for information provided by third parties.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, such as posting a job, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Site.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Service.
• Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.

5. Terms for Employers

If you post job listings on Djobsinfo, you agree that:

1. You are an authorized representative of the company you claim to represent.
2. You will not post any job listings that are not for legitimate, bona fide employment opportunities.
3. You are solely responsible for the content of your job listings, including their accuracy and legality. Job listings must not contain misleading information or require applicants to pay for employment.
4. You will comply with all applicable laws in Nigeria and any other relevant jurisdiction regarding employment and equal opportunity.
5. Djobsinfo is not responsible for the qualifications, truthfulness, or accuracy of any resumes or application materials submitted by job seekers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.

7. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
